The SSHRS has been prepared for the beauty and spa industry and sets out a minimum standard that will be expected to achieve a bronze, silver, or gold rating.

BRONZE
To achieve a
bronze award you must score 75-79% in the assessment criteria.
Silver
For a silver award you must score 80-89% in the assessment criteria.
GOLD
To achieve gold award you must score 90% or above.
Salons will be supported by subject matter experts in their journey to achieving a gold salon award.
